This year, we will be awarding Top 3 participating schools who's sending in the most participants to our Penang Bridge International Marathon 2010.

With only weeks away to the big day of the Penang Bridge International Marathon (PBIM), the PBIM Committee is organising a PBIM Medical Forum for all PBIM Runners on 22nd August 2010, Sunday at G Hotel. Have your questions answered by 3 of our special guest speakers at the PBIM Medical Forum, Ms. Abbey Ong (Dietician) , Dr. Lim Guan Choon (Cardiologist) and Dato' Dr. Yee Thiam Sun (Medical Director for PBIM, Sports Physician and State Commander of St John Ambulance Malaysia) as they bring you through their topics; "Fueling your run - Your nutrition concern", "Marathon Mania:- Can your heart take it?" and "Dos and Don't in Marathon Running" respectively.
This forum is limited to 100 seats and is only open to PBIM Runners who have completed their registration by having made FULL registration fees. Admission is FREE. Join us at this forum to learn more about entering a marathon and your medical conditions in order to fully prepare you for your run this 21st November 2010!
The PBIM Medical Forum will commence from 11am which also includes a tea break and a 6,000 Runners Mark Lucky Draw at the end of the forum where several lucky winners will be claiming their prizes just for being one of the first 6,000 to register for the Penang Bridge International Marathon. CHAIRMAN OF PENANG BRIDGE INTERNATIONAL MARATHON
As Chairman of the Penang Bridge International Marathon Committee, I am proud to announce New Balance as our Official Apparel partner for this year's Penang Bridge International Marathon! We are indeed happy to have New Balance join us onboard with the rest of our supportive reputable sponsors in making PBIM 2010 a huge success. New Balance vests will be provided to all Full Marathon, Half Marathon & 10KM category runners together with New Balance bags. PBIM 2010 Queensbay Mall kiosk is now open! You can register, make payment or make inquiries at the kiosk.
Operation hours is from 12pm to 7pm (Tuesday to Saturday) and 1pm to 8pm (Sunday). Closed on Monday.
