1) All race packs are to be collected by 5.00pm, 23 November 2019. No request for race pack collection will be entertained after 5.00pm, 23 November 2019.
2) For Bulk Collection (10 pax or above / Group Registration) please email your Group Name, Runners Name, IC / Passport Number, Category and Collection Venue to info@penangmarathon.gov.my so that we can pre-pack for the convenience of your collection.

Documents Required For Race Pack Collection:
1) Self-Collection:
(i) Official E-Receipt OR,
(ii) Identity Card (Malaysian) / Passport (Non-Malaysian)
2) Collection on Behalf:
(i) Official E-Receipt OR,
(ii) Photocopy of Identity Card (Malaysian) / Passport (Non-Malaysian)
* You may just present SOFT COPY without any physical documents upon collection. GO GREEN, USE LESS PAPER.

Kindly take note that runners who run behind the sweeper balloons will be required to board the sweeper bus. Upon boarding the sweeper bus, your running bib will be cut into half for administrative purpose and you will not be entitled for Finisher Tee, Medal and Lucky Draw.

Only runners with a personal best of the following timing in a race either sanctioned by AIMS or MAAU will be considered for registration of elite runners:-

Full Marathon
Male: < 3 hrs 15 mins
Female:< 3 hrs 45 mins

Sweeper balloons will be provided for all categories to signify the end of the race.
The finish line will be closed once the sweeper balloons reach the finish line.
Once the finish line is closed, distribution of finishing medal will also end.
*Kindly take note that runners will only be entitle for qualifying entitlements if you complete the race within your qualifying time.
