Taking part in a marathon takes intense preparation and skill. We salute all PBIM participants for their dedication and determination in the race.
We hope by having more forums and clinics relate to marathon prior to our event on 22nd Nov 2009, participants will learn tips on how to minimize any excess damage to the body and thus make PBIM race a more pleasant experience.

Dear PBIM Runners,
It is now exactly 116 days before the big day! Are you all prepared? Have you made all proper arrangements for your stay in Penang? We want to ensure that your stay here in Penang will be a comfortable and hassle-free one therefore we have published the hotel rates in conjunction with PBIM especially for your convenience. Do plan your trip in advance by booking hotel rooms early and avoid any last minute unavailability!
For some tips on preparing for the Penang Bridge International Marathon, Mr Jean Pierre Lautredoux, an experienced runner who have ran many marathon including the PBIM 2008 would like to share his experience and to provide some pointers and tips on how he prepares himself for any marathon. So do check out the PBIM Official Website to view his useful tips and advice!
Besides that, the PBIM Team has also came up a Committee - Runners Table Talk Get-Together where suggestion and views can be shared between runners and our PBIM team. Runners will get the chance to know the progress of the organization for the Penang Bridge International Marathon. PBIM. The get-together will be held every Wednesday beginning 29th July from 7.30pm – 9pm at CoffeeBean, Queensbay. Each week, a different topic will be reviewed and discussed. So do come and participate in this week's topic which is “Search for the perfect route”.

Our Penang Bridge International Marathon's photo exhibition has been going around Penang since May 2009. It was at Queensbay Mall, Sunway Carnival, Holiday Inn Resort, Seagate, G Hotel and it is now at the departure hall of Penang International Airport. Come view our 32 selected photos by Kwong Wah photographer from 21st July until 3rd August 2009. See you there.
