The pre-early bird discount will be extended for one more week after 31 March 2013, for the convenience of those who would prefer to pay by credit card. The new pre-early bird deadline is now 7 April 2013! In regards to the credit-card payment option, we are still anxiously awaiting the answer from our payment gateway on the status. We will announce it here and on our Facebook once it's ready. We apologise again for the inconvenience and appreciate all your support!

We've received some feedback by participants regarding the problems that they faced during payment. While we rectify some of these problems, here are a few things to take note of during the payment process:

1. The payment gateway (MOLpay) is only able to process a certain amount of transactions at a time. When too many people register at the same time, the payment may fail for some due to congestion in the payment server. This is what you should do if your payment fails after registration:
   
   a) First check if the amount has been deducted from your bank by MOLpay. If nothing has been deducted under MOLpay, it means that your payment did not go through at all and you need to redo the payment. - Go back to the web registration page (or mobile registration page for mobile users). Fill in (again) your Full name, Email, Gender, Birth date, and IC number/passport number and click 'Continue'. The system should be able to detect that you had registered previously and redirect you to the payment page.
   
   b) If the amount has already been deducted from your bank (under 'MOLpay') but you have yet to receive any confirmation that says that your payment is successful, please wait for 3 days to give the payment gateway some time to sync with your bank and to update in their system. If you still have not received any confirmation email with your receipt after 3 days, please contact us via phone or email
   
   
2. Every month end, those who have failed to complete their payment will be removed from our system. So if your payment fails, please try to get everything sorted out as per the above steps as soon as possible. If it still does not work, you may contact us via phone or email.
   
   
3. We recommend all payments to be done online.

2. Currently, we accept payment via online banking only, i.e. Maybank2U, Ambank Online, RHB Online, etc.
   
   
3. IMPORTANT: Your registration will only be confirmed when the full payment is made. After submitting your registration, the payment page will pop up in a new window. Please ensure that you do not close the registration page until the payment is confirmed. If your payment fails, you can go back to the payment page and click on the 'Pay Now' again. If you had already closed the registration page or if the payment fails again, please register again after one hour.
